Bill Pay Update - March 12
The Bill Pay Experience with Union State Bank has received an update. You will notice a new look and feel to the Bill Pay system.
Please follow these instructions prior to your first Bill Pay login to help facilitate a smooth transition:
- Log into your online banking account from your web browser (Do Not Use Mobile App).
- Go to the User Settings menu and choose the Bill Pay Contact Information option.
- Update any incorrect information.
- Add a Mobile Phone Number &/or a valid Email Address to receive security verification codes.
- Click Update.
Review the following items after you have logged into Bill Pay:
- Review all Payees listed as On Hold. They can be found under the Pay Bills section of Bill Pay and will require action by you prior to being able to send a payment to the Payee. This may involve updating an address or verifying an account number.
- Review all Scheduled Payments to verify all payments have converted.
- Ebills you previously had set up will need to be re-established.
- Pay a Person Electronic Payees and Pay a Person Email Payees will need to be re-established along with any Scheduled Payments for these Payees.
